The Traffic Management Association of Australia (TMAA) is pleased to be bringing the Annual Conference to Sydney at Accor Stadium Homebush.
The Exhibition Manual has been setup as an Online Exhibition Site to provide easier access to information and downloadable requirements. All the information you require to setup your exhibition space, hire furniture & AV, deliver material & book freight can all be found on this site.
Please ensure you complete the 3 Step Exhibition Checklist below to finalise your involvement ahead of TMAA 2025.

1. READ ONLINE EXHIBITION MANUAL
Read through the Online Exhibition Site carefully for important information prior to completing Step 2:

Delivery (Book Freight, Download Delivery Label)
2. COMPLETE THE ONLINE EXHIBITOR FORM
Complete your Online Exhibitor Form and submit the Key Submission Items:

Exhibitor Contact Details

Submit your Company Logo & Profile

Advise of any Vehicles/Equipment you are displaying, submit your SPEC sheets

Advise of Deliveries

Upload your Public Liability Insurance: Certificate of Currency
3. REGISTER YOUR TEAM
Register your team who are attending using your included registration entitlements:
