DELIVERY LABEL
No deliveries will be accepted until 3 business days prior to the conference. You must organise your delivery to arrive whilst you are present at the venue. Should you require assistance, Expo Freight can book your freight (complete below request form).
A delivery label must be affixed to each item sent to RACV Royal Pines. Please download the Venue Delivery Label below. All labels must be marked with the name of event, room/hall and date of event.

Expo Freight has been appointed as the official freight provider for TMAA 2024.
Please note all freight bookings must be registered via the Expo Freight portal no later than 29 February 2024.
If this is your first time utilising the Expo Freight booking platform, please locate the welcome email sent to you, which will contain your login details and temporary password. If you cannot locate this email, you can sign up via ExpoFreight.

Once you have created an account, please navigate through the dashboard to “new booking” and locate the "TMAA 2024" event.
Once your enquiry has been submitted one of our friendly team will reach out to progress this further.
