Expo Freight has been appointed as the official freight provider for TMAA 2025.

Please note all freight bookings must be registered via the Expo Freight portal no later than Monday 3 March 2025. 

​

If you are using Expo Freight, they will collect from your allocated address and your goods will automatically be delivered to your exhibition booth prior to bump in commencing. Prior to bump out commencing one of their team will visit your stand with all required documentation and your goods will be delivered back to your required address.

Please note: This event bumps in on very tight parameters and deliveries will not be accepted at the venue earlier than allocated move in dates. Furthermore, all freight must be removed from the venue during official move out times, no exceptions. Expo Freight may be instructed by the Event Organiser to remove any freight remaining onsite back to their local depot, at the expense of the exhibitor/contractor. For these reasons, we highly recommend using their service.

For all bookings please login via the Expo Freight Portal. If this is your first time utilising the portal, please locate the welcome email which has been sent to you. This will contain login details and a temporary password. Alternatively, you can register a new account via the provide links or by visiting www.expofreight.com.au.

Freight Collection Deadlines

Please note all enquiries must be submitted by Monday 3 March 2025 and the following freight collection deadlines are applicable:

• NSW Metro - Wednesday 12 March

• QLD Metro - Monday 10 March

• WA Metro - Wednesday 5 March

• SA Metro - Friday 7 March
